  • Change organization administrator - Contact your local partner operations team.
  • Change location administrator - Contact any of your Citrix Program organization administrators.
  • Change Contact Types - Contact any of your Location Administrators or any Organization Administrator.

To link multiple locations together or split locations within your organization, contact your local partner operations team.

To transfer licenses submit a service request via Partner Central - My Support or contact Customer service.

For questions and assistance with Partner Central or My Account tools and access, submit a service request from your My Account page or contact Customer service.
